What to put on the invoice
Separate the session, editing package, additional images and agreed usage fees. Identify the shoot date and package without putting private client images in the document.

A practical document sequence
Quote the package, record a confirmed deposit and invoice the remaining balance after the agreed milestone. Reference the separate usage agreement in the notes.
A mistake to avoid
A deposit already paid belongs in Payment already received on the invoice, not as a discount. The invoice does not replace the image-license agreement.
