Give your customer a clear offer
Describe each deliverable, its quantity and agreed rate. Use the notes to specify included revisions, delivery timing and any exclusions. Set a validity date so the customer knows when prices need to be reconfirmed.
Move from quote to invoice
Once the work and price are agreed, use Convert to Invoice. The original is saved to your local document library and its reference is copied to the new document. This tool does not collect signatures or record customer acceptance.
