Pre-launch terms
These working terms describe the current Free Invoice Generator service, operated from Pakistan. They need the operator’s legal identity, contact details and final legal review before public launch. Hosting in a different region does not change the operator location shown here.
What the service does
The workspace helps prepare invoices, estimates, quotes and receipts. Its assistant suggests editable content using local rules. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, collect payments or confirm whether a customer has paid.
Review every document
You are responsible for the business and customer details, agreed scope, pricing, currency, tax rate, numbering, payment terms and accuracy of every document you share. Currency selection changes the denomination; it does not convert exchange rates. Confirm any required local invoice fields separately.
Receipts and payment records
Create a receipt only after verifying the payment yourself. The Draft, Sent and Paid status labels are manual notes and do not communicate with a bank or customer. For a partial payment, show only the amount actually received on the receipt.
Your content and acceptable use
Use only content and logos you are entitled to use. Do not create fraudulent documents, misrepresent payment, introduce malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service. Preparing a document here does not send it to its recipient.
Saving and availability
Local drafts and versions do not synchronize between devices. Clearing browser data, changing profiles, storage limits or device failure can remove them. Keep independent PDF and JSON backups. This pre-launch service has no guaranteed uptime or support response time.
Changes and questions
Features and these working terms may change before launch. No governing-law clause, liability cap or dispute procedure is invented here; those provisions require the operator’s final details and review. Support contact information will appear on the Contact page when available.
