Use individual lines for the session, editing package and additional images. Include the session date in the description so a customer can connect the invoice with the shoot.
Clarify what is included
Use the notes for the delivery arrangement and a reference to your agreed usage terms. If a deposit was already paid, do not label the full project amount as an outstanding balance; enter the payment already received under Items to calculate the remaining invoice balance.
