Make the session recognizable
Enter the shoot date and package in the dedicated fields. Keep the customer’s private images out of the document. Use the usage agreement reference to point to the agreed license without inventing new rights in invoice notes.
A session and editing example
A portrait session costs 250, an editing package costs 120 and three extra images cost 15 each. The total before tax is 415. If the customer has already paid 100, record that payment so the remaining pre-tax balance is 315.
