Show the proposed transaction
Enter the supplier, customer, expected quantities and agreed or proposed prices. Use the reference for the related quote or order. The validity date tells the customer when to reconfirm the proposal; it is not automatically a payment deadline.
Example: advance pricing for a project
A supplier proposes two project stages at 750 each. The proforma shows an expected value of 1,500 before any tax. State whether the scope, delivery cost or timing still needs confirmation. Keep the document labeled Proforma so it is not confused with the final accounting record.
PRO-012 · Valid until agreed date Stage one | 1 × 750.00 Stage two | 1 × 750.00 Proposed pre-tax total: 1,500.00

Once the transaction is ready to invoice, use the invoice maker and reference this proposal. This tool is not a customs declaration and does not establish which commercial or tax documents an international shipment requires.
