Bill a defined milestone
Name the accepted deliverable, such as implementation milestone 2 or maintenance for October. Use the release field for a customer-facing version or milestone reference, not a private admin URL.
Keep support outside the fixed scope separate
A milestone priced at 1,500 plus four approved support hours at 75 gives 1,800 before tax. Do not also charge support already included in the milestone.

Keep credentials out of billing documents
Never include passwords, API keys or access tokens in descriptions or notes. Reference the handover agreement for ownership, hosting and software licenses.
