Describe the deliverable
Replace the starter line with the agreed deliverable, such as Homepage design — final milestone. For hourly work, put the number of hours in quantity and your hourly price in rate. Separate reimbursable expenses into their own lines.
Include the project reference
Mention the project name and purchase order, if provided, in the notes. Add your payment instructions and deadline. A consistent invoice number helps you match the eventual payment to the work.
