Each line is rounded to the currency’s minor unit. A percentage or fixed discount is applied before the single Tax, VAT or GST rate you enter. Fixed discounts cannot exceed the subtotal. Selecting a different currency does not perform exchange-rate conversion. Inclusive and compound taxes are not supported.

On an invoice, open Items and enter the payment already received. The preview shows the total, payment received and remaining balance. Only enter confirmed payments. The Paid status in Design is a separate manual label.

Duplicate saves the original and creates another draft with a new suggested number. Convert to saves the original and creates the selected document type with its reference. Check the new number against your own register. Receipt conversion asks you to confirm the payment first.

Start fresh keeps a saved version of the previous document. To remove everything, first export any records you need, then clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Delete downloaded copies separately.
