How to create your invoice

  1. Add your business and customer. Include billing details, a unique invoice number and the issue date.
  2. Describe the work. Enter quantities and rates, or use the on-device assistant to draft your scope.
  3. Review the amount due. Choose the currency, enter any applicable tax or discount, and record payments already received.
  4. Make it yours and export. Pick a design, add your logo and use Export PDF to open your browser’s Save as PDF dialog.

Invoices without an account

Prepare invoices, estimates, quotes and receipts in one workspace. Save local versions, duplicate a document, or convert an accepted quote into an invoice. The app does not collect payments or automatically confirm transactions.

Where is my invoice saved?

Drafts are saved in this browser on this device. Export a JSON backup to move your work, and keep a PDF for your records. Clearing browser data can remove saved documents.
